STEP 1
For complete a survey properly, you need an e-mail. Use a new and
different Email that you have never used before with a Survey. Using the
same email that you have used before can result in the download not
unlocking.
Examples of good email providers are:
Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. Remember not to use temporary email otherwise
the download not unlocking!
STEP 2
The second step is to remember a basic rule: Clear cookies before starting survey!
- A cookie is usually a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user’s web browser while a user is browsing a website.
Cookies can also be considered bad in that they can track the sites that you visit which is a main cause in Surveys Not Unlocking the Download.
I suggest you download Ccleaner, a
freeware program that will allow you to do a complete cleaning of
cookies presents in your computer. You can download the latest version

STEP 3
Disabling Pop-up blockers: I suggest you to use FireFox because this browser is perfect for complete any type of survey! Click tools, option, content tab and make sure the first box is NOT checked.
Also, check that your browser is set to
accept cookies. With FireFox, click tools, option, privacy tab and make
sure you have both of the cookie boxes checked. If you don’t see the
cookie boxes, make sure that the drop down under history is set to use
custom settings.
STEP 4
Complete survey! After you have clicked “Download File” it should show you a window like this: Click
Choose one of the given surveys and complete it. There are pretty easy surveys where you just have to register for free somewhere, but there are also paid surveys like mobile phone offers.
If you are interested in a paid offer,
choose it, if not, just complete one of the free one’s. Most of the
surveys last about 1-2 minutes. Also, be sure you enter valid information, or the download won’t unlock.
After you have filled out the survey
your download should unlock if you have entered valid information. If
not, try it again with another survey. Thats it! File Downloaded!
